100% estate grown Pinot Grigio grapes, Ca'Bolani is one of the finest growing zonefor the production of this variety in Italy. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit, Golden Delicious apple and citrus peel. Fresh and elegant, with a persistent finish, this wine is an excellent example of its variety. 

Intense straw yellow colour, fresh and persistent aroma with hints of floral and fresh fruit. Dry and pleasant on the palate with a fresh and harmonious flavour. 

Light ruby-red in colour.  Dry in flavour, with well-balanced friut and delicate hints of almond

Ruby colour wine. Scent is delicate, interwoven with floral fragments and hints of cherries.  Palate is full of character, decisive at the start and tenacious on the finale.  Firm but elegant tannins lead to a fresh and beguiling finish.

The most classic, quintessential Chianti Classicao.  100% handpicked Sangovese grapes aged for a minimum of 10-12 months in large slavonian oak casks.  This wine displayes violet, cherry and leather flavours.  Well balanced and full bodied this is one of the most highly awarded Chianti Classico wines.

Masseria Altermura's most iconic wine made of 100% Primitivo di Manuria grapes from a single vineyard, aged for 14 months in 350-litre French oak tonneaux followed by a further 6 months in a bottle.  This great Cru is complex anf full bodied with fine structure.  High in both acidity and tannins, this wine is delicate and well-balanced. 

The château  Lafont-Fourcat, which is Merlot with a soupcon of Malbec has an appreciable degree of succlulence on the nose dark plumb and blueberries.  Nicely defined and focused with a touch of violet coming through with aeration.  the palette is medium bodied with quite a sharp acidity that lends this freshness and tension.  It gently builds and delivers a razor-shap citric fresh finish.

Delicately dry with an excellent balance and freshness. Fruity and flowery notes with a persistent finish. The skin is left in contact with the juice for a few hours with a selected yeast for a further period after the fermentation

A glass of Gorgeous sparkling wine with a persistent festive mousse.  The bouquet is fruity and floral with nuances of green apple and wisteria flowers.  It is a fresh and delicate prosecco with an appealingly almond after taste.

100% Sangiovese grapes aged for two years in Slavonian oak and a further 12 months in the bottle. Deep red cherry in colour and bright with redcurrant, bramble and herbal aromas. This Chablis exhibits a pale golden colour with green glints.  It unveils a strong fresh mineral and floral nose with citrus notes. This wine is well balanced with a full and lively response in the mouth.
